Willie Nelson and his son perform Pearl Jams "Just Breathe"

I have to be honest, I'm not very familiar with Willie Nelson's music. Truth told I think he actually sounds kind of awful in this video I saw on twitter yesterday but this is a really, really, great song and it's kind of touching seeing father and son perform it.
