A lot of people hate on Tom Cruise. He suffered a shocking media backlash in the mid 2000s due to some ill advised comments and actions he made in public. You can't knock the guys career though, he was the biggest movie star on planet earth for over a decade. You also can't knock his resurgence since his role in Tropic Thunder in 2008, his star is nearly where it once was coming off Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol success and the anticipation building for his lead role in Rock of Ages. If you look at his IMDB you see he has some really interesting projects lining up and a Mission Impossible 5 is a guarantee hit.
